Burgundy and Blush in various tones are among one of our favorite pallets. A tonal range that is striking yet harmonious. Offering a level of sophistication and softness all at the same time. There are so many beautiful options as far as varieties that really pack a punch, especially in the spring!
Things are really kicking off in the fields and the list of goodies that will be available next week is not only extensive but beautiful! Make sure to check out @rooted_farmers for on farm pick up and ordering for @jerseycutflowermarket
Tulips are on the horizon! Popped out into the garden this morning to find the first buds on the tulip patch. In a few weeks armloads of tulips will be filling our cooler and we can’t wait to share them with you.
This winter has been a long one. Lots of temperature swings, icy conditions and snow. Although tough weather can be difficult and leave you with a level uncertainty, it also makes those early spring blooms even more special.
It’s going to be a jammed pack season of color and beauty!
Keep those eyes on @rooted_farmers with on farm pickup options for wholesale customers and weekly flowers at @jerseycutflowermarket for all our flower lovers.

Just over here frozen to my bones but actively planning some fun field plans! Lots of hellebores that should really be coming into their own this season and I couldn’t be more excited. Looking back at pictures of last year. Counting the days until those early spring harvests. The weather is brisk but the birds are chirping and there’s arm loads of flowers flying around the farm. Hope everyone’s staying warm. I will be hibernating for the next week with the single digit forecast on the horizon. So if you have any fun details or flower recs for the upcoming year I’m here with open ears!
So many DMs the other day with all the excitement for the kick off to spring and all things Narcissus. Out of all the spring bulbs we grow, Dafs just have a special place in my heart. I think it’s mostly because there are so many varieties and small nuances to each one. It’s hard not to smile when they finally break through the soil and the buds start to crack with the first pops of color in the muted colors of early spring. Not only do they each have their own look but many of them have their own distinct fragrance. Are you team love or hate when it comes to daffodils and their scent?
2025 was one of our favorites to date! Truly a year filled with so many gifts, surprises, friends, family, adventures, love and of course flowers! Although the farm never really sleeps we have enjoyed the last several months of slower times and reflecting back on what an amazing year it really was! To all of you who were apart of our 2025 journey, Thank you! Here’s to 2026 and all the fabulous things to look forward to in the year ahead 🥂🌷
Texture, structure, form. This guy gets 5 stars across the board. So many beautiful varieties this season. Finishing up all our notes from the season and beginning planning for next! If anyone has any input or things they are looking for next year, color or variety wise, we are all ears!
The dahlias survived another week! The season is certainly winding down but happy to say the plants are still pumping. We have some really pretty later blooming varieties that are hitting stride and we are excited to get them into all of our flower loving friends hands for another week.
October is here and Mother Nature got the memo. The fields are full of fall color, the mornings are crisp and the leaves are starting to fall. Going to be soaking up all the flowers for the next few weeks! Lots of beauties listed over on @rooted_farmers
It’s officially September! What a way to send off summer and welcome fall! The dahlias are getting better by the week. As the weather cools the plants will begin to send up more stems and settle into their growth patterns. The colors tend to become more saturated and dreamy. The fields are filling up and we are excited to share so many new favorites and old tried and trues with all of our flower friends. Keep your eyes on @jerseycutflowermarket and @rooted_farmers to get your hands on the latest offerings……this combo is heading to our our friends @blushingfields and we truly cannot wait to see what she does cuz these tones are insane. What colors are you most excited for this fall? #slowsimpleseasonal #townandcountry #weddingflowers #dahliaseason

We will be listing product throughout the week on @jerseycutflowermarket but if you are in need of blooms before next Wednesday, send me a message. Quantities are still limited but will continue to pick up over then next few weeks
Daffodil season is officially winding down, but these beauties are putting on a show to close out their season. One of our favorites on the farm. Light, airy, the perfect exclamation point in any spring arrangement. We just listed a few more bunches for our @jerseycutflowermarket flower friends.
Small but mighty
These wild tulips from @kembleclover just enthralled me as soon as I saw them, their coloring is a beautiful melody of the creamiest cool white and egg yolk yellow with the backside having a touch of blue-grey.
This design doesn’t do them justice,
but I had to give them some kind of life before they died in the cooler (because of course they were an impulse buy and I had no actual need for them other than I HAD to have them😉)
I will never not buy SOMETHING from the itty bitty corner @jerseycutflowermarket 🤍
