Some nights my mind wouldn’t stop racing, so I wrote “This Restless Mind.”
This song is about those moments when your thoughts feel louder than everything else, when it’s hard to switch off, and when you feel stuck in your own head. But it’s also about pushing through, facing your fears, and finding your way forward.
It’s a piece of me, my story, and my journey, and I hope it connects with anyone who’s felt the same.
