FINAL RESULTS! 👀🏁
The second round of Slovak downhill cup + Czech national championships in the books and what a battle it was 😳 three days of rain and racing on such a muddy race track is never an easy task. But our boys fought hard 💪
In U17 category, @banak.alex delivered clean run and finished on the podium in third place 🥉 and @viktor.banic finished right behind him in fourth place even with a crash!
This time, it wasn’t meant to be for our junior rider @stepan_hurta He smashed quali with 8 second lead and was ready to fight for national title, but he got flat tire in the middle of his final run 🥲 on the positive note, we are stoked with the speed he has right now 🔥
Men elite result feels bittersweet 😐 we are sad for @ondra_kolecik and @danielvaracka29 as they both had mechanical issues and were not able to deliver the results they wanted. On the other hand it was another great weekend for @deniskohut7 who won semifinals and came down fastest in finals as well 🏆🥇 congrats!
We also finished second in teams competition 💪

WE HAVE THE WINNER AGAIN! 🥇😍
What a race! The track in Kouty nad Desnou is one of the best downhill track ever. Everyone who rode that track would agree. But, it's hard, physically and mentally. Even the top race times here are over 4 minutes. There are beautiful jumps, speed sections, lot of roots and on Sunday, there are huge holes and breaking bumps of course 😅
You have to by fit enough, carry the speed enough and be able to find balance between aggressive and clean run.
This time we start with junior category, where @stepan_hurta put down a heater and won the race! He was also fastest in seeding run on Saturday and we are stoked to see this kind of consistency 🤩
Our youngsters had a good day as well 💪 @viktor.banic finished 8th followed by his teammate @banak.alex in 9th place 🤠
Elite men riders @deniskohut7 and @ondra_kolecik were on point all day from morning practice to the afternoon finals 🚀
Denis finished second just by 0,369s back from the W. He lost some air in rear wheel in the top woods which didn't help at all but that's racing. Still amazing result tho 🥈
Ondra was riding great all weekend. Very solid 3rd place in seeding run and also 3rd place in finals just 1 second back of the lead 🚴♂️💨
We an amazing effort!
Now we have one week off before we head to Malino Brdo for the next race! 🏁

Lets goo, tak beru 3-3 tento víkend!
Strašně příjemné ježdění hned od první rundy tohoto víkendu. Tím, že na závodě bylo dost lidí, tak se trať rozbombila a dávalo to solidně zabrat… Semíčko čistá příjemná jízda 🥉. Ve finále se mi povedlo přesně to, co jsem chtěl - zajel jsem vpodstatě stejnou jízdu, jen o nějaké ty sekundy rychleji. Beru tak třetí místo se ztrátou asi jedné vteřiny, což bude s odstupem času mrzet ale i tak jsem MEGA HAPPY. Setup na biku byl extrémní bomba. Doteď nechápu, jak dobře se mi na něm jezdilo!📈

So stoked about this weekend!
I managed to put two super smooth timed runs and get 3-3 in them. Also my bike was the BEST! Setup suited me perfect so I can’t say anything bad about this race! 🧱by🧱📈
