So grateful for the incredible hospitality from the Calgary Underground Film Festival.
A special thank you to Brenda Lieberman and the entire team for the warm welcome and for creating such a passionate, vibrant space for film and community — and so happy to see some familiar faces along the way. It meant so much to be there representing Blood in the Snow Film Festival.
Truly an unforgettable experience — thank you for having us. 🎬🖤

Still soaking it all in… 🐐
Thank you Calgary, Canmore, and the endless beauty of Banff National Park — the mountains, the lakes and rivers, the wildlife — this breathtaking part of Canada!
Lake Minnewanka, Lake Louise, the Three Sisters, Cascade Mountain — views I’ll never forget.
My first time out West — and my first time in Alberta — and the beauty of this land is awe.
Grateful for every view, every breath of fresh air, every wildlife sighting, and every memory made in this incredible place — so happy to spend it all with Kelly. Until next time. 🏔️💙
Had an absolutely fabulous time with @sdotrock at @calgaryundergroundfilm this week serving on their jury and industry roundtables. Also had time to meet up with Alberta based friends and family again. Thank you to @brendarino and the entire CUFF team for making us feel so welcome. @amanda.baxter.18
Lumida Productions is thrilled to announce that it has received development funding from Ontario Creates for “The Legacy,” a horror feature film.
Written and directed by @thejessblackwell , The Legacy sees a routine reading of the will take a dark turn when a group of bickering half-siblings discover that their father has left them a most terrifying inheritance.
This project is backed by an incredible team of genre experts, including Steve Chambers (@schambers23 ) in the role of story editor, and Elza Kephart (@be.elza.bub ), Kelly Michael Stewart (@kellymichaelstewart ), Michel Kandinsky, and Tara Ellis as development consultants.
Thank you to @wift.toronto for running the 2025 Ontario Creates Futures Forward program that made this funding available to our team, and to @ontariocreates for its generous support of emerging creators.
W can’t wait to bring this project to life!

I'm really excited to be returning to CUFF @calgaryundergroundfilm again this year. I'll be attending with @sdotrock , serving on their jury and participating in their industry roundtable April 16 to 20th. @bitsfilmfest
Thank you for all the lovely birthday wishes, texts, posts, and phone calls. I had a great night catching up with friends over drinks last night. Feeling very loved.
Merry Christmas for those who celebrate. Lovely few days visiting with family on the 23/24 in Whitby and now back home for Sarah and I to have our own dinner today on the 25th.
Life rarely turns out how we planned! @kellymichaelstewart never planned on being a filmmaker and starting a massive Toronto horror film festival but we are all so glad he did!
Full episode out tomorrow
