I feel the need to share this because when I was a teenager and in my 20 and even my 30's, I did not clean my make up brushes!!! I'm lucky I've always had nice skin and the odd pimple but putting on old expired make up that we keep for years and years is actually not good! I just pulled this make sponge out carefully to see if it needs cleaning, and to me, this is a lot! Every time I'm done putting my make up on, I scrap the rest of the brushes so they don't get too caked on to my brush! And I clean my brushes about every 2 to 3 weeks. Some might say thats too long. But I don't want to be a slave to washing them everyday (it's just me)! I noticed September last year how itchy my face wasb2hen wearing my make up. I chatgpt 'd the expiry date of all my makeup and I learned that all of it was expired. No wonder my face was itchy. So this is your reminder, make doesn't last forever! This is a breakdown of the makeup and the time it expires: Eyeshadow, 1 to 2 yrs, sometimes 3 (cream and liquid eyeshadow needs to be replaced every 6 to 12 months) Blush, 1 to 2 years and liquid 6 to 12 months Foundation, liquid 6 to 12 months, powder up to 2 years and creme 12 to 18 months. Mascara 3 to 6 months after opening. Lipstick 1 to 2 years and gloss 6 to 12 months. Concealer 6 to 12 for liquid and 2 for powder or stick!! Eyeliner 3 to 6 if it's liquid and pencil class up to a year if sharpened regularly. Lip liner, 1 to 2 years after opening and twist up versions 12 to 18 months. Obviously there's a running thing here anything that's a liquid it's going to have a shorter lifespan. And anything that's around the eyes like mascara and eyeliner shorter lifespan. Signs of expiration include change of smell, texture separation, or a color shift! And if you have to buy new makeup it doesn't have to be expensive, keeping it down to the basics of what you often use is what you'll buy. I had to throw all of my makeup last September as my face was itchy all the time. Once I put on new makeup my face is no longer itchy!!! I hope this helps to any of those that need or want this information. Please learn from my mistakes! 😉💞

One of my favorite bookmarks! I love this reminder! When we feel like we are alone, we are not! I've always believed in God! I've had my fair share of going back and forth of believing in Jesus and I had my turnaround back in 2014. We all come to know Jesus and our own time and I think it's important that we don't judge anybody for what and who they believe and how long it takes them. We do not need to force things on people. It was because forcing is what made me feel repulsed many times in the past. There was a time where I didn't like words like worship and other religious terms. Now they don't bother me. My relationship with Jesus is very personal for me for what I was going through back in 2013 and 2014 and has stayed with me since. I had a prophetic dream that I still remember vividly to this day, that I'll always remember! Today marked the first day of bible study this morning with @samanthamarycollins who has such beautiful energy and a very kind and gentle presence. I am very grateful for this community, and it truly is an answered prayer! 🙏❤️

I love a good afternoon fizz! It gives me the energy I need for the rest of the day, while it also gives me my important vitamins of B2, B6 &B12!! With only 46 mg of caffeine, 50 mg of CoQ10 and Taurine and 100mg of Ginseng.....it makes my body happy, doesn't hurt my adrenals like coffee (even tho I like that once in awhile). When I try something that is absolutely amazing, I have to share!!!! These are the most amazing salads that I have ever tried. They are crispy, they're fresh, they're filling. My doctor said my cholesterol is a little bit on the low side. I have been incorporating healthy fats back into my diet. It's normal for all of us to fall off the bandwagon. How do we get back on is on us. For my body type, I do not need to eat three meals a day. This meal is gonna sustain me all day and still feel full past dinner time. The only carb here is the brioche toast, drizzled with a little bit of olive oil. 4 eggs with basil and one piece of Tre Stelle mozzarella cheese. I sprayed my pan with avocado oil. A second piece of cheese on top of the eggs that's on top of the toast, drizzled, with just a little bit of balsamic glaze. I only use Realsalt. Those electrolytes and minerals are important, and not all salt is made equal. With the grapes on the side and my Arbonne greens with the gut health added, I have incorporated all food groups. For the rest of my day, I'll just be drinking water because that's what I drink, and it's my only drink! I had my Arbonne fizz earlier, because those B vitamins, including Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), B6, B12, Pantothenic Acid (B5), Thiamin (B1), Folate (B9), and Biotin (B7) are all important. It also includes Panax Ginseng, Coenzyme Q10, and Chromium.  A quote from the movie Ratatouille, " If we are what we eat, then I only want the best" What a difference it makes when we eat foods that are healthy for us, that can fuel us for an entire day, it really does help you think better, and give you the kind of energy that your body craves and needs. From a basement suite with hardly any windows to the top 3rd floor....with this view, it's a Million Dollar View!!!!! And I get a show at least three 3 times a day from the squirrels that make me smile and laugh!!! I hear the constant traffic below me, which doesn't faze me; it brings me joy, that the bustling sound of people going by, living their lives, soothes my adhd brain (white noise). The sound of the constant birds' songs, the pigions coo's, the cawing crow, and the wind chimes of a neighbor.....all happy sounds. I naturally wake up and know when its 7am because that's when the sound of the traffic gets busy as people are on their way to work. Sometimes, I stay in bed and fall asleep again, and other days, I'm up with the sun and birds. Love the space you're in. Because even when you think it's permanent, it's all temporary. Be present. Be grateful. Life can turn in an instant. The present is the only moment that matters. Live it! And Love it! G' day to all of you! 😎🤗❤️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Currently moving and got other things to get done!!!! I admit, I get fomo, certain people I follow I look forward to ALL their content, because, I'm learning something!! I'm seriously going to take, starting tonight, taking a social media hiatus!!!!! It could be 2 weeks or a month, who knows!!!! Its time to choose Focus....and get shit done!!!!! See you all soon!!
