Snickerdoodle and Espresso are a couple of my first ever stuffed cookie creations that have been weekly menu staples since day one.
As most of you know, I love to experiment and concocting new monthly flavors (the weirder the better). It truly lights me up! But there’s something so sweet about the ole faithful flagships, and it’s cool to see how much you love them too 🫶

Y’all we been BUSY so this week’s menu comes late, but it won’t disappoint 💜
Papa C. Deaux usually only takes over for a day, but this year he’ll be taking over the whole week! We’ll have a different Cajun special each day:

Ok, listen here. If you haven’t yet, you better soon find out about @kellie.weiser with Kellie’s Cookies. Every one of her creations has completely blown me away. These aren’t ordinary cookies either, they are each stuffed with their own unique interior. And each cookie base is a different flavor profile as well. Every time I’m eating one, I’m still always amazed when I run into the center. Not only are her treats extraordinary, she’s a pretty great human too. We’ve been booth buddies for a lot of this market season, and being next to her calm, sweet spirit gives me great energy. Make sure you grab a few cookies the next time you come out to the market!
