I started 2025 by celebrating 40 years with so many of the friends I’ve made during my time in LA with my parents and
@mikeedcal making the trip out to join the fun in spite of terrifying fires we faced a few days earlier.
For me, 2025 was a relentless pursuit of joy in the face of setbacks in the world around me. I’m so incredibly grateful for the friends I made this year. I got to write and perform on 6 episodes of
@lewberger ’s live broadcast show on
@veeps and we got a season 2 of Smoke Show on
@tryguys - my first season 2 of anything I’ve made 😅.
@jakevlewis brought me on to his Subject.com video series giving me my first job in educational on-camera work. Managing, booking, and performing at
@thehollywoodcomedy took up so much of my time this year and it was such a privilege to work with
@jiaoyingsummers & so many great comics in LA as we raised its reputation and polished up the club’s operations before giving back the reins of the club to Jiaoying.
Finding out
@ridicu_lyss is pregnant kicked life into high-gear for us. We spent the last third of the year spending time with friends and working to support our incoming son, Andy. That boy will give us plenty to do in 2026 and we’ll do it while continuing to relentlessly pursue joy.
