Lyra flows from 2025!
My biggest challenge in lyra (outside of flexibility duhh) is feeling the flow and allowing myself to transition smoothly between moves... and holding them there. It's like my internal engine is ramped up to 120, prefers fast paced dynamic power moves, and never wants to linger in a pose for the beauty of it. Ive been focusing on that more this past year, and here's some times I think I sort of managed it.
Lots more to learn and improve on, but I found myself diving deeper into this artform this past year, and Im excited to see how it develops in 2026!
