For the Liberian Music Awards, I decided not to dress up — I decided to make a statement.
Liberian country cloth from top to bottom. A skirt made from potato bags. Natural resources reworked into something bold and intentional.
And the head wrap? Worn again — because culture deserves repetition, pride deserves consistency, and nothing says Liberian and loud like owning who you are, unapologetically.
