What an experience at the (Big Game)

Where do I even start…
This year was truly something special. It taught me more lessons than any other, and I want this to be raw and honest, if it inspires even one person, it’s worth it.
Literally the first day of the year I got my wisdom teeth taken out (if you know, you KNOW). At the time, I was working snow removal and landscaping, always in between things, always looking for my way out.
As soon as my face healed, my business partner and I took a big risk and jumped into building our own Airbnb business. No safety net. No guarantees. Just belief. We learned fast and eventually expanded to two units in the U.S. While that was pumping, I was still landscaping… but I knew there was more. Something bigger. Something more me.
Then in July, I got a call from a friend:
“Come on set. You can’t miss this.”
No context. No details. I went anyway.
Best decision I’ve ever made.
That day I met Zach, and the rest is history (well… four months of history lol).
Golden nugget #1:
ALWAYS. ALWAYS. ALWAYS. be networking. Friends, family, strangers, anyone! Your big break, your way out, your next chapter is ONE connection away. Make it a priority this year to go find it. Trust me.
Golden nugget #2 (my life philosophy):
Stay Excited.
I truly believe the key to happiness and fulfillment is chasing what makes YOU excited, no matter what that looks like. Chef. Videographer. Business owner. Scientist. Lawyer. Librarian. Influencer. YouTuber. Makeup artist. Polaroid taker. Professional LEGO builder. Ultimate grass cutter. Whatever it is… chase it.
Stay excited.
