1. PARKING
We have TWO separate lots for parking this year (both free of charge).
You can access Lot #1 directly from Folly Rd. The wonderful people at the Folly Road Church of Christ have graciously let us use SOME of their space for parking. It will be clearly marked where the cut off is and we will have staff out there to help direct you.
To access Lot #2, you must turn on Signal Point Rd and drive through the culdesac behind the businesses. Again, we will have staff there to help guide you.
We also have limited handicap parking directly next to the event as shown on the map.
We still encourage our guests to carpool, Uber, or Lyft if possible to ensure parking does not become an issue.
2. CHECK IN
We will have THREE check in spots. One for Lot #1, one for Lot #2, and check in #3 is ONLY for handicap parking and RIDESHARE. We expect this check-in line to be the shortest/fastest to get in. This is another way we are encouraging guests to utilize Uber/Lyft to save on parking space.
3. VIP BAR
We are highlighting this because this is a last-minute change from our original plan. The VIP bar will be the bar located inside @cannondistillery closest to the main stage. It will be marked, roped off, and will be monitored by staff. VIP ticket holders can get their all-inclusive drinks at this bar ONLY. The menu be posted shortly.
4. COMPETITION STAGE
The competitions will start at 5pm. If you're signed up (or an alternate), PLEASE be near this area at 430 so we can start organizing everyone and replace no-shows with alternates.
5. PICKLEBALL
Our pickleball area run by @positively_pickleball is meant to introduce people to the game and get them involved. This is a rough outdoor space so please be careful if you're playing.
6. CLASH OF THE CUKES
This will be inside at @cannondistillery from 1-4pm. Use your sampling tickets here and vote for your fav!
7. PHOTO OPS

I’m both excited and sad to say this will likely be the last post for my first film “The Hitchhiker”. The good news is this post is announcing the film will be fully available to watch for all on YouTube on the Flow Studios YouTube channel. There will be links to the film in the @ben_beauchamp45 bio. This whole experience, everything about it has been so fun, stressful, and rewarding. From the making of the film, the premiere, the festival, every step of the way I have been learning new skills and meeting new people in the business. It has been such an honor and a pleasure to work on this project. I hope you can all check this project out, I know some have been waiting quite a while.
