Today, on International Women’s Day, we announce the Nepal theatrical release of Ek Mutthi Badal: My Share of Sky.
The film will release in cinemas across Nepal on May 15, 2026 (Jestha 1).
A family drama set over the course of a single day, the film follows three generations of women navigating expectations, sacrifice, and relationships within a Nepali household.
The film was created by a majority women-led creative team across key departments.
