Enjoyed this red velvet latte and brownie points for using beetroot extract for the red tint as this is actually the traditional way to get red colouring in a red velvet cake.

So I don’t know about you, but I’m a huge fan of dairy free milk but when it comes to coffee, it’s tricky and to find a milk alternative that can hold up well without imparting too much flavour in to your espresso. @oatly is the best for this! Oat milk has a subtle taste and compliments espresso perfectly. More specifically, it’s the Barista Edition of Oatly that you need to use and you can still achieve velvet smooth creamy latte that still feels light on your stomach and something you can feel good about too! Home enthusiast coffee machine! Sage Barista Express has definitely put me through my paces. It’s shown me how volatile coffee can be and that you really need to learn how to fine tune this machine to pull the perfect shot. I’m not there yet, but I hope to do be one day. This machine is definitely for that person who likes to keep learning and is not too fussed to get a caffeine hit upon wakening.
