CALL FOR ARTISTS ✨ In collaboration with @arteacentre , we invite artists from Quebec to apply for a one-week art residency at @theparcelles and Nova Scotia artists for a one-day paired workshop opportunity.
Both artists will participate in a 6-hour creative workshop introducing a new practice such as screen printing, block printing, or natural dyeing, with artist @keephouse (Alissa Kloet) at her Seaforth studio.
**Eligibility Criteria and Desired Profile - Nova Scotia Artist (one-day workshop)**
Be a woman or anyone identifying as such
Be a professional artist or in the process of professionalization
Have an interest in screen printing, block printing, and/or natural dyeing techniques
Reside within a maximum of 30-35 km from the workshop location (Seaforth), including Halifax and surrounding areas.

I’m very excited to share a small collection of my lampshades are now available @isleatease 🥰
Handmade in my studio from start to finish.
These fit on both European and American lamp fittings with the help of a small adapter. Can be hung as a pendant or placed on a floor or table lamp. So many possibilities to bring a splash of local design into your space.

I didn’t know what would happen when I first decided to release a batch of tea towels after an almost 2 year hiatus. I am so filled with gratitude for everyone who shared their enthusiasm! You have poured new energy into me.
The tea towels are now sold out (except for a few I set aside for a couple of local shops). I would like to do another drop later this spring. I have wood pieces left for large trays and roller towels. Let me know what you’d like to see!
