From years of representing India in Full Contact Karate to now preparing for Ironman 70.3 Goa 2026 — this journey has been one of the toughest and most rewarding phases of my life.
Every early morning session, every swim lap, every long ride, every painful run is teaching me something beyond fitness — discipline, patience, and mental endurance.
As a martial artist, I always believed toughness was built inside the dojo. But Ironman is teaching me a different kind of fight — the battle against your own limits.
There are days when the body says “stop” but the mind says “keep going.”
And that is where growth truly begins.
Balancing coaching, martial arts, fitness training, and Ironman preparation hasn’t been easy, but this journey is slowly transforming me into a stronger athlete and a better human being.
This is just the beginning.
