Using hair glue to apply our lashes is something I think we’ve all done at some point. But it’s also something that we all know is not good for you. The main toxic component is “formaldehyde” which shouldn’t be anywhere near your eyes. Hence, the intense inflammation it causes.
Other than toxicity, there’s no real way to use it without applying directly to your natural lash line. This is the inevitable cause of the loss, weakening and thinning of your natural lashes. Long term use is detrimental to your beauty, babe.
I know most of us hate using lash glue, but it’s the best alternative for secure and long lasting lash strips. Take the brush and apply glue to your eyelid, directly above your lash line. Got extra security, apply glue to the weft of the lash strip. Once the glue has gotten clear, gently apply your lash strip. Use your fingers to press the lashes closer to your lash line, apply mascara if needed. Super easy, and you don’t worry about ripping out your lashes. ☺️
