Favorite roles from recent years include Baroness Elsa Schraeder in The Sound of Music, Milady de Winter in The Three Musketeers, Hedy LaRue in How to Succeed…, and Lina Lamont in three separate productions of Singin’ in the Rain. Now living in California, she grew up in Gig Harbor and is delighted to be back at KCPT six years after playing Mistress Ford in The Merry Wives of Windsor. Endless gratitude to Denise for suggesting such a beautiful play and giving her this rare opportunity to fall in love onstage with her favorite person. Erik started this year in New York, with The Mint Theatre Company‘s Garside’s Career (2025 Drama Desk Nominee for Best Revival). Also in NYC: Buddy the Elf in Elf The Musical at the Theater at Madison Square Garden; off-Broadway, he was Andrew Cuomo in A Turtle on a Fence Post (Theatre 555), Rosalind in As You Like It (HERE Arts), and several shows with New York Classical Theatre in Central Park. Other: Hamlet, Shrek, Wilbur the Pig, Billy Pilgrim, & Homer Simpson. He’s been a beaver-man on Grimm and dumb goofballs in The Marvelous Mrs Maisel and The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Ten years ago, he got to play with John Considine in A Life in the Theatre, right here, directed by Denise! Delighted to be back, this time with his favorite person on the planet!
