The band features Shaza Leigh, Peggy Gilchrist, Lachlan Butler, Anthony Baxter and Birdie Nichols. Shaza and Peggy are both new IWMA members. This is a family affair of entertainers. The Butler Band is a global alternative traditional rock with a touch of the West in their music. The diversity of the band is significant feature of their blended musical styles. Currently on a world tour of Europe and the USA, finishing at IWMA in Albuquerque, NM.
Next up is Lori Nelson a recent award winning cowgirl poet, at The Crossroads Ranch Cowboy Poetry Gathering, with host Dove Morgan Schmidt.Taking home 3 awards for her poetry and the honor of winning The Peter Conway”PW” award for authentic cowboy lifestyle. Lori lives in Montana on a small ranch with husband, Cole and two babies. She is passionate about the environment and preserving the ranching life.
