It’s my queen @itscarolburnett ’s birthday today 🥳 Naturally, I had to relive this performance from her 90th celebration with my beloved @officialbernadettepeters ❤️ Love you forever, Carol!!!
I went back to see how my little bird was. I named her SPIRIT. I could never reach a wildlife rescue to come help. They were all over capacity. They told me no food or water so we didn’t do that. I thought mama might come back, as our hands never touched Spirit. I’m sad to say she did not make it. Don’t worry she is in a special place now. My heart broke as my husband made a little cross tribute by her tree. The vet i did reach said we were doin all the right things. I guess what this year has taught me the most is this: if it’s meant to be it will be. I believe in heaven so i i believe Spirit is there and waiting for me someday when it’s my turn. I’m not sure why, but animals touch my soul. This was a hard one and out of left field. Thanks everyone who wrote something kind, or helpful. Xo
