🚨SALES OPEN AT 10A🚨 Pick up for the Ka Ikena at Home: En Voyage to Germany will be on 2/17/22 from 5p – 6:30p at KCC. Hit the link in our bio to fill out an order form request. Sorry, but only confirmed orders will be available for pick up. We know it’s not October, but EVERYONE has been asking us to run this back one more time. 😇 The one and only @butcherandthebird , will be coming to share his expertise with sausage making. We are excited for this!!!🙌 The marvelous students from Patisserie will be providing the sweet ending and will surely be a showstopper. Since this the last box of the module we wanted to show our appreciation for everything our amazing community has done to support this program over the last 2 years. We cannot thank you ALL for everything and was essential to keeping this department running during the Pandemic. It means the world and helps secure the culinary future of Hawaii. Danke sehr! 🤙

Sorry, but only confirmed orders will be available for pick up. SALUD! 🍻 Our amazing Spanish tapas package is back with some new additions that will pair perfectly with your favorite beverage. Here is a breakdown of the menu… 🦐 Gambas al ajilo – seared shrimp with sherry and garlic 🥣 Andalusian gazpacho – cold vegetable soup with croutons 🐔 Croqueta de pollo – chicken croquette 🐙 Pulpo Gallego – braised then grilled octopus 🐑 Albondigas de cordero – lamb meat ball with Saffron tomato sauce 🥘 Migas – chorizo/pepper/kale hash 🫓 Galician Empanada – tuna and pepper turnover As usual the sweet ending will be provided by the students of Patisseries and shout out to the students of AM Fundamentals of Baking for the amazing bread. We have an amazing spring inspired menu ready to bloom with culinary delights!🌱💮 The farro salad kicks it off with its vibrant fresh flavors, continuing to the vegetable forward appetizer duet guaranteed to amaze the taste buds. The cioppino is packed with fresh seafood including local mahi, shrimp, clams, and calamari gently cooked in a rich lobster cioppino base. The colorful risotto Milanese and roasted spring medley round it out with the talented students from Patisserie providing the sweet ending. Please don’t forget to order a baker’s box chock full of goodies and surprises. 🐷We also have the BERSHIRE PORK OSSO BUCO SPECIAL ($24)🐷 Our signature pork dish is back for a limited time and will be gone forever. Sorry, but only confirmed orders will be available for pick up. We were planning on resuming in person dining this module, but the Omicron variant has thrown a wrench in those plans. We will be continuing the to go program for 1 more module. This week we are taking you on a culinary voyage to France exploring the classic flavors of this country. There are a lot of tasty highlights, from fresh Niçoise salad, the ethereal flavors of the pork rillette, or the silky luxurious texture of the Ora King Salmon sorrel. The bread service will be provided by the students of AM Fundamentals of baking! The astonishing students from Patisserie will be providing the sweet end and cannot be missed. Don’t forget to purchase one of their tasty baker boxes. THEY SELL OUT FAST! We were very excited to open the restaurant to the public but are trying to the best during these difficult times and your continued support is greatly appreciated. We are eager to explore Continental cuisine and would not be possible without our community. As always, it is an honor and privilege to serve our community in the special place we call home. Sorry, but only confirmed orders will be available for pick up. Opa! For the last box of the module, we will be exploring the delicious flavors of Greece. We have an amazing menu packed with your Greek favorites. The stupendous students from Confiserie will be creating the sweet ending and will surely delight your senses. This will be our last to go box for Continental cuisine for the foreseeable future. We are currently planning to re-open the restaurant for face to face dining and cannot wait to meet you all in person. PLEASE STAYED TUNED FOR MORE UPDATES. We have had so much fun this module and ate, learned, and grown by leaps and bounds because of your support. We would be nothing without our guest, community, and EVERYONE who has contributed to the success of this program. It all started with a dream, to serve our community again, and ended up being a massive success for our class and our department.
