100 Days of Flood: Day 47 06/04/2025 While not hugely Floody for this day, I wanted to appreciate the affect Flooding has had on my broader dance capabilities. Improvising and free styling in dance has never been my strong suit, but thanks to learning Flooding (and going to sessions in general as opposed to classes were choreography is favoured), I now feel much more confident with it and can properly enjoy the freedom of freestyling and the way I can build parts of my different dance backgrounds (ballet, burlesque, musical theatre, contemporary, commercial, etc) into each other. @thvflood @matcho_makata
