I feel like so much has changed so fast in my life and I haven’t addressed it. I found God. He had been chasing me for years and I finally accepted his embrace. It has been the most beautiful and, honestly, challenging experience of my life and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I’ve broken my ties with the world (including my sorority, my lifestyle, my sexuality, and terrible decisions I’ve made along the way) and the only thing I want to be apart of is His Kingdom and His family. I would be lying if I said it was easy. It’s hard and growth is painful but it is so worth it. Some of y’all may think I’m crazy or brainwashed. And no I don’t even have a church home right now, so no pastor is breathing down my neck telling me to change. This is about me and Him. I just want to say, it’s never too late for you. There’s no such thing as too far gone. If He calls to you that is a blessing and ANSWER! It will be the best and most important yes you could give in your life. He is more powerful than we even know and he can heal whatever you’re concealing. It’s your choice. Jesus is Lord.

This is genuinely been one of the best years of my life, and I will be forever grateful for the growth and love gained from this journey. This has been a year of hurt, but it’s also been a year of healing in ways that I didn’t even know that I needed. The people that I’ve met, the situations I’ve been in, the adventures I’ve had, all led up to me being the different person I am today. I’m still changing and I still have so much to work on, but for the first I feel older and a bit wiser. I will always love you 2023 ❤️
