The biggest block usually isn’t the outcome itself. It’s the story we’re afraid that outcome will write about who we are. Building that inner trust changes the whole game. Where in your life are you waiting for the “perfect landing” before you commit? Fly Always. 🩅 #mindset #performancemindset #flyalways #mindsetcoach #keynotespeaker

Some reflections as the Games get closer
Society places so much value on what we do, but what about who we are? Your value was never the result. It’s already inside you. Fly Always 🩅

This is 38. Hi hello 🙃 Been a bit radio silent on here. Part: busy with work & life đŸƒđŸ»â€â™€ïž part: messy relationship with social 😜 part: going through some tough stuff with my body and pain. I always remind myself whatever the struggle, at least it brings me closer to the many conditions of human existence đŸŒ± Salud. In no particular order, (except for my honey), here are some pics of things that I love from the last 31 days. 1. Sparkling wine, once in a while 2. CĂ©cile 3. Travel
London. 4. Reminders 5. Working with (in general being surrounded by) badass women! 6. On the ride with Finding Mastery. 7. Blooms! 8. Light 9. Chilling by the ocean. 10. Self care. A lot of self care. 11. Being a kook for life đŸȘ Bisous

Filmed this during the Olympics when the energy was off the charts
and then life happened and it sat in drafts until now. Still feels right!! Watching athletes take those massive leaps — succeeding or crashing — is contagious. It shows us what becomes possible when someone trusts their inner landing zone enough to go anyway. And when we do the same? Our world opens up
and we quietly give permission to everyone watching. What’s one leap you’ve been circling? Fly Always 🩅

Any athlete will tell you the mental game is AT LEAST 50% of the equation. And that isn’t just true for sports — it applies in every day life. One of the most important frameworks is the framework of control. Where is your focus in the moment? Is it on the things that are in your control, or are you scattered, losing energy on the things you can’t change? We talk a lot about this at Finding Mastery where I work as a mindset coach. Control the controllables because that’s where your energy is best served. So ask yourself, where are you spending your 🧠 time? Are you making the best of your energy? If you want to learn about our Find Your Best course hit me up. We can ALWAYS improve ourselves (I know I still have a lot to learn 🙏). @findingmastery

We ALL feel fear. Even at the Olympic level, fear doesn’t disappear. It just changes its role. Most people think fear is a stop sign. In reality, it’s just information. It’s not the fear itself that limits us, but our reaction to it. Seeing the freeski women on the Olympic Slopestyle course about to drop in and hit big jumps, you aren’t seeing a lack of fear—you’re seeing a relationship with it. That narrow space between pushing too far and playing it safe? That’s where the magic happens. Don’t silence the fear; learn to listen to what it’s actually telling you. Fly always.

The power of Visualization ☝ The benefits of practice without the real risk involved. Research has shown that when you can imagine yourself in performing an activity—how it feels, how it looks, how it sounds, you are activating the same parts of the brain as you would when you’re doing the activity itself. Train a scenario in your mind enough and you can are creating your future reality.

Going for it doesn’t mean eliminating fear, it’s about developing a relationship with the fear. You have to go for it if you want to see what you’re truly capable of. You have to take leaps. Honor the fear, and then trust. Trust in your preparation, and that you’ve got your back whatever happens. The growth happens in the leap. Nothing pursuing is ever easy. Fly Always. 🩅

The goal isn’t to feel no fear. We’re often taught that fear is a stop sign, but in high performance, it’s just part of the atmosphere. The shift happens when you stop waiting to be fearless and start building a relationship with the discomfort, so you can take the leap anyway. 🩅 Fly Always.

PERFECTIONISM — friend or foe? Perfectionism helped me become a world champion. It was the highest of highs. And, it also lead to complete burnout. K/O. YES to getting after it, pushing ourselves, taking leaps! But there’s got to be a better way. At Finding Mastery we talk a lot about the intersection of high performance and well-being. We can’t pursue our goals long term if we don’t implement self care in the model. So pay attention to your system! Feed it. Fuel it. Love it. I call this being a gentle warrior đŸ„· Let’s go world !! #FLYALWAYS Ps shoutout to my my recovering perfectionist homegirl @caroburckle
