🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 🪐🪐🪐🪐🪐 四月底的時候長了皮蛇，體驗了第一次在倫敦找醫生的緊張，身體痛的要命，每天昏昏沉沉什麼都不能做，就這樣在床上躺了一個禮拜。 感覺好像進行了一場心靈和身體大清洗，寫了很多文字、反思和體驗所謂「空」的感覺，讓自己終於在這半年的各地來回之中，強制按下暫停鍵。 我發現身體先於頭腦，是最先有反應的一個感知器。 我們的壓抑、過度勞動、過度思考、任何想要與不想要，都會最先在身體反應中出現，所以大家說要傾聽身體的聲音，這件事簡直是真理。 我不太喜歡過勞了，也不覺得努力和痛苦是成功的必經之路。回想過去的自己，發現當時的我太努力追尋，每天都在進行強烈的自我批判。現在我正在練習專注在自己想要的東西上面，然後感恩自己每一刻的存在，以及停止分析自己的念頭，我們不需要每件事情都知道背後的意義，因為永遠不可能理解源頭。 最近外星人揭露沸沸揚揚的，世界變換的速度已經快到無法想像，現在追求的以後未必存在，所以光是想到自己能活著，還有健康的身體，還能有意識的選擇每個瞬間，我就感恩不已。 躺了七天之後我的皮膚亮了一個色階，前所未有的清爽，心裡也感到踏實了，未來是掌握在自己手裡，但更精確的說，是掌握在此刻的每一個選擇之中，在倫敦的生活讓我感覺到無可限量同時也非常無法預測，我感覺自己不想再堅持什麼了，只是自然的跟隨身體的聲音，自然的在時間裡流動，並希望能在溫暖的能量中安靜的存在著。

A brand new visual campaign from the eyewear collaboration with @du_wei_studio @720armour @progressrunningclub When I first encountered the line ”Don’t think, just fly,“ my mind drifted back to my life in London. Walking out of Hackney Station, a phrase emerged in my mind: ”London is not a place for staying grounded; it is a place for taking flight.“ Driven by this, I had the ”mad“ ambition to send @du_wei_ into the sky without the need for green screens or wires. Hybrid of live-action and virtual clips, through the imagination and the progress of AI, we allowed Wei to literally run into the London skyline. Bringing this vision to life has been an incredible journey. Dream big, fly high. 走在Hackney 的路上，突然感受到自己所在的城市並不是腳踏實地就足夠的地方，除了作夢、還得做可以執行的大夢，然後讓自己飛得高一點、再高一點，於是我將它寫進了畫面裡。 #eyewear #director #fashionfilm

Director’s Work 盧可沛 親愛的大地Music Video 所有片段裡面， 最初從腦海裡的生長畫面就是可沛摸著大樹，閉著眼睛唱著祈願， 以及在森林裡用所有大地生長的、可得的物件寫一封回信的畫面。 聽到這首歌的時候，我在房間裡整整哭了半小時。
因為這是一首多麼真誠的歌， 製作當時也正經歷著成長痛的我， 想起正在經歷大病的爸爸、辛苦奔波的媽媽， 想起自己還在超級 超級 超級 努力的成長成一顆大樹， 就這麼想著，也許這個MV和這首歌就像一封信一樣，能成為安靜而堅定的存在， 讓可沛帶給大家信念，
陪著大家踏上這場回歸之旅，悠長地寫下這封專屬於大地的回信。 第一次捨棄了好多影像應該要證明什麼的想法， 只是單純的 想讓影像靜靜的陪著這首歌， 想把這種回歸、 這種和大地的連結、 能量的流動、
塵封在每個人安靜而溫柔的空間裡。 最近開始我偶爾也會停在倫敦的公園中，輕輕地和樹說話。 當我們帶著感謝與祈願的能量去向我們愛的人、事、物致意， 最好的事情一定會發生，要持續相信， 我們終將都是那棵樹，能把最好的回饋給愛我們的大地。 我們在美好的倫敦春天拍下這趟旅程， 可能因為一切都太真摯了，還有森林大樹的照顧， 是很快樂的有趣的森林之拍，感謝盧可皮和美好的團隊們。

感謝我的大地，爸爸媽媽，一切都會好起來的喔，要相信。

life recently in London 🌳🧚 To be honest, 5 out of 7 days is not look like this. I’m always in the RAW version me only when I need to go out haaaa But I’m so fascinated with the nature, light, spring London. Feel better to stay in this city🌱 Themes these days are always being a tiny chef at home or trying to push myself out to the community and the big big Mother Nature, museum. Arts etc… Love 100 percent of my life now and feel grateful to everything🙌🏻

Recently, I found that drawing is probably the best way for me to think. I used to get stuck, overthinking, looping, and trying to figure everything out before even starting. But it’s not until I start to draw something that everything shifts. I’m not good at drawing, but my mind just flows like water when I do so. I felt this again when I went to the Wes Anderson archives in the Design Museum, seeing how this iconic director sketched on his paper script. 🧚 Just wanna share some of the ideas born this way when the film ‘今天啥都沒有幹 Nada’ started.

Maze Memory 1800 full version A man drifted through the scenes of his memories, ultimately finding his way out of this memory maze, where his daughter has been waiting for 1,800 years to give him a rebirth birthday cake. 
This film is my way of remembering,
and my way of trying to understand someone I love. Ultimately, to be remembered is to be loved. 一名男子穿梭於自己記憶的片段之中，最終走出了這座記憶迷宮；在那裡，他的女兒已等待了一千八百年，只為替他送上一個象徵重生的生日蛋糕。 這部作品，是我記住一個人的方式，

Short Film Work Maze Memory 1800 I know, I know. It’s been sooooo long, as if I were not here. But things just started to happen somewhere in my mind. Something changes, something starts.
