Es un gran honor ser parte de la campaña Barbie Role Models. Durante esta campaña querían honrar a mujeres impactantes de todo el mundo y tengo la hermosa oportunidad de representar a América Latina.

At 7 years old when I used to pretend my @barbie was an Astronaut traveling through the galaxy I could never have imagined I would one day have my very own Barbie.

El caso de #KatyaEchazarreta no es cuestión de suerte, ni de azar. La joven de 27 años se convirtió en la primera mujer nacida en México en viajar al espacio a bordo del quinto vuelo tripulado de la compañía de transporte aeroespacial, Blue Origin, en la misión NS-21.
La ingeniera eléctrica se ha propuesto demostrar que no hay límites para ella. Este mes de octubre, protagoniza la portada digital de Vogue México en donde comparte su historia de resiliencia, temple y perseverancia.

A veces crecer significa hacer cosas que jamás imaginaste hacer. Salir de nuestra zona de confort da miedo, pero también nos ayuda a convertirnos en quienes queremos ser. ✨
Como mujer en STEM, la idea de estar frente a una cámara me aterraba completamente. Así que hice lo único que sé hacer cuando no me siento preparada… educarme.
Y qué increíble ha sido aprender de una industria que me abrió las puertas para ayudarme a compartir un mensaje que me importa muchísimo…crear más oportunidades en STEM y en el espacio para personas alrededor del mundo. 🚀🤗

Cada año, el Día de las Madres significa algo distinto para mí. Hoy entiendo mucho más sobre las mamás, la maternidad y todo lo que implica traer vida al mundo. También entiendo que, como sociedad, necesitamos acompañar y apoyar mucho más a las mujeres. Las mamás son de las personas más fuertes que existen, porque siempre van a luchar todavía más fuerte para que sus hijos tengan una mejor vida.
Feliz Día de las Madres a todas las mamás que cuidan, sostienen y aman todos los días.

Antes de que termine el mes de la mujer, amamos haber tenido a Katya Echazarreta, astronauta e ingeniera mexicana que ha demostrado que el espacio también es territorio latino.
Ella supo muy pronto que quería dedicar su vida al espacio. Hoy, su historia sigue inspirando a nuevas generaciones de mujeres que sueñan con llegar más lejos de lo que parece posible.
Sleep used to follow the rhythm of the sun, but as technology evolved, so did our habits. Screens and artificial light can interfere with our natural cycles. However, at the same time, technology can also help us better understand how we rest and how things like temperature really impact our sleep.
I used to struggle with my body temperature at night and would wake up constantly when it changed. Since I’ve been using this, I’ve been sleeping a lot better, and it’s helped me focus more throughout my day, thank goodness!

Antes, el sueño seguía el ritmo del sol, pero con la evolución de la tecnología también cambiaron nuestros hábitos. Las pantallas y la luz artificial pueden interferir con nuestros ciclos naturales. Peroo, al mismo tiempo, la tecnología también nos ayuda a entender mejor cómo descansamos y cómo la temperatura realmente influye en nuestro sueño.
Antes me costaba regular mi temperatura durante la noche y me despertaba constantemente cuando cambiaba. Ahora mi cama ajusta la temperatura mientras duermo, y así duermo mucho mejor. Eso me ha ayudado a enfocarme más en mi trabajo.
