But I’m SUPER excited to be screening my newest experimental short at Virginia Queer Film Festival!
This film addresses a lack of agency I felt over my own body when I had a horrible reproductive health issue. Sadly, this topic has become more relevant, even though my event happened severely years ago. Hoping that this film helps to start dialogues addressing this topic, along with other important issues adjacent to this one.

Posting this a little late bc I’ve been doing a LOT of traveling lately, and I’m so thrilled that I got to attend #noff2023🎉
Earlier this year I was a programming fellow for the New Orleans Film Festival, and was able to participate in multiple discussions around experimental and narrative short film selections. While I was at the festival, I had the opportunity to intro and moderate Q&As for the experimental shorts block and a few narrative features as well.
Along with making time to see family and enjoy traveling through the south 🫶🏻 (mountains+concert in TN)
