My new book, “I Used to Like You Until…” is OUT NOW!!!
If you want to learn how to connect with people who have written you off, then this is the book for you.
Get your copy now & I promise you won’t regret it. This book is the best thing I’ve ever done, and it’s ok for me to say that because my baby isn’t out yet.
In lieu of flowers: My sister is running the marathon for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center where I was treated last year — a cause selected before we ever had even a hint of a thought that our family would lose our seemingly healthy dad to something completely different less than 14 months later. The link is the third one down on my bio.
Last year, 15 hours before going into labor with her first baby, my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. Less than a month later, she underwent a double mastectomy at MSK.
This year, I’ll be running the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon with Fred’s Team, the official running program of @memorialsloankettering (MSK). This will be my first marathon and a chance for me to raise as much as I can to support cancer research. This race represents so much more to me than 26.2 miles. It is deeply personal.
MSK was incredible throughout her treatment. I will never forget the care, expertise, and compassion they showed our family during such a truly scary and tumultuous time. Because of them, my sister is now cancer-free and was given the opportunity to be a mother to my nephew, something I will never take for granted.
Cancer has impacted my family in more ways than one. My mom and my aunt have also both faced breast cancer, which makes this cause feel even closer to home. Every mile I run will be for my sister, my mom, my aunt, and everyone impacted by this disease.
If you’d like to support, the link is in my bio 💞 Every donation truly makes a difference.
🚨 Attention! 🚨 Kat Timpf will be taking the stage in the Keystone Grand Ballroom on April 4th and she wants you to be there! 🎤 Do you have your tickets?
