I’ve always been a big horror fan. So when @___esslemont asked me to do this commissioned work, adding movements and story to his release of an EP, it was an instant sync of inspiration and resonance. His track “The green Ivy” which I created this idea to together with @0bapek , reminded me of being lost in a big maze, full of potential pathways. A maze where past, present and future is twisted and turned around each other. I think the idea of unknown territory can scare us easily, and this is why it often gets presented as horror or darkness.. But it has also an enigmatic excitement to it.. 🧩

Analogue synth layers, voice and broken beats.. Last liveset at “Soirée Ambient” at @studio.db.berlin Amongst other beautiful artists 🫀 We opened a space for deep embodied listening. Not only with our ears, but with the full sensorium; nervous system, soft tissue and imagination.. Being a mover aswell. Listening with the body is a big research in my practice. Frequencies and body are perfectly intertwined.. Thank you for listening 🤍 🎥 @nono_visuals 🎸 @_carrimusic #femaleproducer #femaleartist #electronica #diymusic

T H U R S D A Y 02.04 - “Soirée Ambient” is an invitation to deep listening. Not only with the ears, but with the whole sensorium - soft tissue, nervous system, body and mind. Carpets of Studio db become temporary vehicles. Light is sculpted to stretch the room into other coordinates. A slow departure from ordinary time. @yiannis.loukos is a Greek composer, pianist, and sound artist whose practice bridges classical training and material research, often working with self-built metal instruments constructed from discarded materials Metallic Suspension (solo) – suspended steel plates activated through continuous vibration, exploring long-form drone and resonance. @xoxmelmann (Arg.) composer and sound artist combines acoustic instruments, electronics and field recordings, his work focuses on listening, micro-variation and the quiet transformation of sonic materials in time and space. His work has been presented internationally at venues such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art (NY) and the Victoria and Albert Museum (UK), as well as festivals including Mutek and Sónar. @katrine_bregnum is a danish born multidisciplinary artist oscillating between movement and sound. Her main interest as a creator roots in improvisation and instant composition. To be right inside of vulnerable curiosity, letting go of any prejudices ideas and control of any outcome. As a sound artist she has worked solo, crossdiscilpined and played at venues/festivals such as; Sónar (IST), Katerblau (GER), Monopol (GER), Sälllchen (GER). @_carrimusic supporting with guitar and pedals. Light Design: @meleshko_vs Dj set: @oceane_cleopatre is a French dj artist, she creates sensorial soundscapes from curated sounds, slowing the tempo, layering ambient electronic with organic natural textures. Visuals: @omansounds is an interdisciplinary and experimental multimedia artist exploring structures and environments that blend science and technology with abstract design. His work engages with photorealism in the 3D landscape, architecting a distinctive aesthetic he calls “FutureBio.” Entry: 10eu RA link in comments

Sonic landscapes built from metallic objects, voice, harp, field recordings and analog synthesizers. Three sound artists take over the night with three live sets. Colliding worlds of resonance, texture and atmosphere. Similar threads, different directions. “Soirée Ambient” is an invitation to deep listening. Not only with the ears, but with the whole sensorium - soft tissue, nervous system, body and mind. Carpets of Studio db become temporary vehicles. Light is sculpted to stretch the room into other coordinates. A slow departure from ordinary time. We will close the night with an experimental DJ set. 🔊 Some snippets from an improvised session and raw recording from me and @_carrimusic … Somehow these days, I feel that the raw, unfiltered and innocent searching for harmony feels like honey for the soul. For me improvisation is like a life practice. It invites me to be soft and vulnerable enough to fully accept not knowing what is coming next, instead of controlling moments and outcomes, it allows me to listen and follow the untouched impulse coming from something new. A way to keep the wild alive... 🌿🍃

Fluid Body changed time- 16:30-17:30 🔥 Katrine Bregnum is a Berlin-based contemporary dance artist, choreographer, and movement facilitator. She has trained at Performers House (2009) and was educated at Die Etage (2015), she has over 17 years of experience working with the body through dance, movement research, and somatic practices. Her work explores how physical expression can deepen connection, moving beyond words to create shared experiences of presence, intimacy, and embodied awareness. Alongside contemporary dance, Katrine’s practice is informed by authentic movement, improvisation, Klein Technique™, Alexander Technique, Qi Gong, and other somatic approaches. At Yoga Sky, Katrine offers a weekly Core Strength class on Tuesday mornings and a Somatic Movement class on Thursday afternoons. Together, these classes form a holistic approach: cultivating softness and openness while building deep core strength, stamina, and flexibility. Through this balance, the body is supported to move and express itself as an integrated whole, with greater strength, fluidity, and ease. Pilates Flow – From Core to fluidity A core-focused Pilates class infused with principles from contemporary dance, guiding movement from center to extremities for strength, coordination, and fluidity. Fluid Body | Somatic Movement Practice A somatic movement class guided by my background in contemporary dance. This somatic movement practice invites you into fluidity and embodied listening. Through soft mobility work, fascial awareness, and simple improvisation tasks, the body is encouraged to move with greater ease and expression. @katrine_bregnum
