A BLACK THERAPIST WHO HEALS 🥰

This year’s “Your Authentic Self” seminar hosted by Love Therapy & Consulting served as a safe space for women of color to find healing through connection and conversation. 💫 From talks [ led by the founder @katrinapointer & Ariana Reeves of @thesayyesprojectpod ] about the importance of getting outside of your comfort zone, to the ways in which forgiveness (of self & others) can clear emotional blockages and open your heart; attendees were able to take away helpful tools to use wherever they are on their own healing journey. 🌿 Between the guided mediation w/ @kelalytle at the beginning and a panel discussion ft. @nakiamh @_latoyanichole @_crystalclearwellness & @ash_lovinglife89 to close the event, each Clinician held space for the attendees to both ground themselves and ask questions. 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️ ✨ I went in with the intention of capturing the experience and left feeling lighter and rejuvenated. As a healer who’s passionate about creating spaces just like this one, it was nice to just exist and network from behind the scenes.
