We also have the incredible pleasure to support the romance fantasy film “Phantos-Homoria” written and directed by

Phantas-Homoria is a nine minute queer short where protagonist elf Quin struggles to get over an old heart ache. Her magic elf friend Jess helps Quinn reunite with herself in fantastical ways-as queers do of course. Phantas-Homoria was created to cope with real life post-break up nightmares. The film is important because it showcases the self sabotage in which a distorted perception of a person is used as a weapon against one’s own psychology. The film also highlights friendship as an element of survival.
Kat Lukin is a writer and emerging director. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario to Russian parents, Kat, or Katerina, often experiences the world through a split identity. Not entirely Canadian, yet not Russian enough. This is reflective in her work where worlds split into distinct halves. She is no stranger to dichotomy and is fascinated by the relationship between opposing parts.
