In 2013, I embarked on a journey that would forever shape my life and career. Signing my first dance studio contract with the Brandon Ballet was more than just a professional milestone; it was the moment I discovered my deep love for dance photography. Capturing the grace, strength, and emotion of dancers has been a sincere passion ever since.
Fast forward to today, I have been working towards my Mastery Certificates and that has offered me some awesome opportunities to submit my work. I’m so excited to share that my studio photography work with Stavna Ballet was recognized on an international stage. I am beyond honored (and still a bit giddy!) to have placed 1st AND 2nd in the NAPCP International Portrait Competition in the Studio Portraiture category!
This achievement is incredibly special to me because dance photography holds such a joyful place in my heart. Every session, every dancer, every moment captured is a testament to the beauty and artistry of dance and I love to see that art combined with the artistry of photography.
I am so super grateful to my clients, past and present, who have trusted me to preserve their memories and showcase their talent. Your support and belief in my vision fuel my creativity and passion every day.

10 years in a blink of an eye
So many things the same, some different - I relocated from Florida to Virginia.. leaving was hard.. many tears were shed. Moving to a town where I didn’t know ANYONE was one of the scariest things I’ve ever done.. BUT I did it and since then I’ve rebranded, my studio has a home in the heart of @independencegolfclub ( the BEST family a gal could ask for!), I have made RVA home and have found family and community I never knew in 2016 even existed.
