Y’all I’m not going to lie.
I was that beige mom.
I’ve always loved color but something about adulthood and social media truly influenced me to love the beige, the tan, the terracotta accents.
And I still do.
But I had this idea that I would dress my daughter in the same. We wouldn’t really have characters, we would just have cute.
Cue my toddler.
Where purple is her favorite color, dinosaurs are on her clothes and what makes her get up in the morning, and she introduces herself as a minion instead of her name.
But it’s the BEST. Most days she picks out most of her outfit.
She might like beige one day and that’s great. But for now? I’ll take the little girl who loves a good colorful pajama, fun sparkly boots, and hats along the way. ✨
Plus, she’ll judge my choices one day so I’m going to soak in these little years and enjoy the later ones in other ways. 😅
Listen I’m already on that using sulfates train again so might as well go fully in?!?! 🙈

A hard month full of a lot of hardships. A month full of difficult decisions and unexpected turns with too much to carry.
But also?
All these memories.
Celebrating loved ones, catching up with friends - old and new, watching the Lord unfold His goodness in spring, getting together with family, seeing God’s hand in the closing of our space at HoneyBloom but blessing us abundantly in other ways, and celebrating our risen King.
And with all that? It’s gonna be May. ✨
