I’ve been a teacher for decades and have the privilege to work with incredible teachers, artists, clients… but @casazul_contramundo I am working with family. Dominique and Valerie hold space with a vastness of generosity and from the moment you visit this land you feel something very powerful! You feel yourself. Reflected by immense and intense surrounding nature. On this beautiful day through many experiences that included forest bath, meditation, creative expression, movement and delicious food, we had the chance to celebrate a multi cultural event that brought us together, closer to our own essence. To our home in our hearts, sharing, meeting new friends, reconnecting and continuing to celebrate in vibration of joy and love ❤️ a privilege to be a part of this project. More coming soon 🙏🏼

Muitas vezes não nos é permitido ser a nossa voz, seja por medos, por desconhecimento ou mesmo trauma. Sentir a nossa voz saudável é fundamental para sermos livres na nossa comunicação quando nos expressamos. Este vídeo reflete sobre algumas das ideias e experiências que fui encontrando ao longo do meu percurso de ensino, em contextos diversos: sessões de team building, improvisação na natureza, canto holístico, formação de professores para sobre saúde vocal, e trabalho vocal tanto intergeracional como intercultural — sempre à procura de alegria e de uma voz saudável. 🌎 It's challenging to be able to fully inhabit our own voice — whether with fear, lack of awareness, or traumatic past experiences. A healthy voice is essential for expressing ourselves with freedom. This video reflects on some of the beliefs I have found in some of my experiences teaching in various circumstances. O Convento de Cristo em Tomar irá receber as celebrações das Jornadas Europeias do Património - JEP 2025 já no próximo fim de semana e eu volto com o Côro Mystico, um grupo em que trabalhamos voz e movimento tendo como base a criação inspirada nos espaços de performance, criando momentos de interação entre público e cantores. Na performance ECO os espaços do Convento vão ser o nosso palco. Venham participar neste concerto, sábado, dia 20 de Setembro às 14h30! 🌞 The Convent of Christ in Tomar will host the European Heritage Days (EHD) 2025 celebrations next weekend, and I return with the Mystic Choir, a group where we explore voice and movement through site-inspired creation, weaving moments of interaction between audience and singers.
In the performance ECO, the spaces of the Convent will become our stage.

𝙀𝙢𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙑𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 was a warm and joyful surprise.
@katialeonardo_ welcomed us with her kindness, talent, and that magical voice - gently guiding us out of our comfort zones and into something deeper.
We left more connected, more open, and already wishing for the next one.

Being able to get on a stage and improvise with other singers, feeling an energetic net that is supporting and inspiring you to sing and co-create is one of my favorite things to do.
For this concert,
I designed a script with frames that had the different movements for the singers, with sounds in connection with the elements, and a magical place to surrender to our Intuitive singing and we were able to create a magical moment together.
For some of the singers this was their first concert.
They were so brave and so beautiful.
