it was a sweet surprise to be asked to create an arrangement in the name of LOVE for @mayeshwholesale valentine’s day preview ❤️ so, here’s what call “a table for two” — welcoming love in all forms, as love has no bounds
extra special thanks to @tracescollective for capturing this pieces so impeccably — with care, tenderness and a romantic nostalgia that is unmatched
“When I’m designing with a classic rose like the Freedom, I find myself pulling in flowers and textural nuances that juxtapose their bold and graphic nature. The frilled edges of lisianthus, the soft drape of garden roses, the dancing sweet peas that seem to float in mid air, and the meandering jasmine vine all play a vital role in elevating the standard rose. By using contrasting elements, the eye has a way of noticing and appreciating the unique quality of each stem.
The palette is a nod to a traditional, romantic Valentine’s Day offering but feels modern because (aside from the jasmine) it only uses colors from one hue — red. By layering in a variety of different tints, tones and shades of red (like blush, pink, peach and warm apricot) it creates ease and softness.”
abundance is all around us in this season of harvest
beyond grateful to @milkshopphoto for capturing this farmhouse table moment so beautifully

the pulse of the flora, a subtle frequency that reflects their state of being 〰️〰️ flowers offer a quiet, symbiotic exchange of energy.
in their presence, we are invited into a gentle recalibration — an upward movement toward harmony.
our bodies, like our emotions, are not static; they move and respond. by taking in the resonance of the flora, through sight, scent or even taste, something within us softens and begins to shift.
ANNOUNCEMENT — with a big, wide open heart, i’m ready to share that i’m officially looking for a part-time ✨ JOB ✨
the flowers are here to stay, always — they are my life force and I’ll continue deliveries and brand/set-design work in cleveland (and beyond). but, since scaling back on wedding and event work, i’ve opened a whole new space in my heart to align with steady and nourishing employment outside of myself to support my growth and my family.
if you or your company are looking for someone with a keen eye, efficiency, clarity and a visionary mind-set with organization skills and a work ethic to match — i’d love to chat.
before becoming a florist i worked as a stylist and art director managing photoshoots and creative lead for all things rooted in authenticity, intentionality, artistic appreciation and craftsmanship. any leads on a remote or hybrid role, approximately 20-25 hrs a week, i’m here :)
thank u 🤍🤍🤍
