If you dont know about "System of a Down", check out the their work and the original video. Its really cool!! For those who do know of the band, I hope I did them justice >:) This is different from my other work but this technique was fun to try out and I like how the final product turned out. #doodledump because art block sucks :D Hello! I havent posted any comic chapter or anything really in a while besides the silly doodles on photos so here are a few silly and random doodles and drawings I have done while testing out some materials. Below is just an explanation on the drawings if interested. You dont have to read all that but some feedback is nice 😅 1: This is actually on brown paper and the doodle itself is a mix of watercolors and micro pens. The lighting when I took the picture made the paper look lighter so that was interesting. I also might update my persona to this. Maybe. 2 and 3: BEHOLD! THE MOST FEARSOME CREATURE EVER! A rabbit with a butter knife (i spelled that wrong in the doodle ignore that) and a body of vines? Ok this was a mini challenge to draw a random creature with 2 random items and this happened haha. This was on printer paper with a regular pencil. 4: This ones simple. Its color pencils on grey paper and the flower in the center is watercolor. Watercolors on gray paper aren't so bright but it looks pretty cool when it dries. 5: Meep of course haha. This ones with watercolors and micro pens. 6: A flower creature! Well only its head. I used color pencils on gray paper. 7: A little bird offering you some berries :) This one is more complete and for this one I was testing out different textures with color pencils on gray. I like the texture of this compared to the water colors. 8, 9, and 10: These are made by random blobs of water colors and making those blobs into doodles using a brush pen on printer paper. These were fun to make :D 11: Ok this is the same as the last three but I didn't add the outline with pen afterwards. It is a veeeeery simplified version of a character I have previously drawn. Can ya guess who? >:) The last 5: I was originally drawing Litten from Pokemon but then it became a totally different character so yeh. Behold a new character design!! For these I was testing out how different lighting makes the drawing look after I take a picture of it. Was interesting. Also this drawing was made using watercolors and micropens on printer paper. Heyo! I have a few projects done, just figuring out if I should post them or not. Welp heres one of them. It’s short and simple but took so much time to make. It’s not the finished animation, more like the animatic of it. Hope you enjoy! Extra note: Anyways the joke in this is the different ways to tell time.
