"We Are Here" - just a few days out from this release! Today I'm taking a look back at one of the studio sessions from this album, when we packed two pianos into the studio, so I could play some music with my longtime friend @david.a.potvin . A couple of tracks on this album feature the both of us creating spontaneous music together in between takes from my debut album, "Breathe In, Breathe Out". As I continue on in my creative and professional journey, one thing seems to be sticking more than others, which is a sense of community. I want to build good relationships with the people I come into contact with, I want to make music with people I connect well with, and I want to keep nurturing friendships and collaborative relationships so that we keep making music together. This particular session has had a lasting impact on me and my music, and it's been heartwarming to revisit it all.
