I’ve found that if you stand in front of a classroom and start talking about artist incubator , song roll-outs plan and PR strategies, people assume you have everything figured out.
I do not.
But somewhere between artist incubators, release plans, and student answers that genuinely mind-blown me… it stopped feeling like a seminar and started feeling like a creative jam session.
