🌟🏅 We are so thrilled to announce that we have received first prize and composer prize at the Saint Paul String Quartet Competition! We performed “Pisachi” by @jerodtate as well as Haydn’s String Quartet Op. 33 No. 3 and the third movement from Bartok’s String Quartet No. 1.

Today was a beautiful reminder of what happens when art and music meet in community
Through our partnership with Karuna Quartet, students explored pastels on a large shared sheet of paper listening deeply, moving with intention, and creating artwork inspired by the rhythms and emotions they heard and felt. Every mark reflected connection, collaboration, and expression.
This is what it looks like when young artists are given space to feel, create, and be seen.
