The Final Choice: An Honest Ending. After Outcåst, the burnout was undeniable. We tried to adapt to the frantic pace of modern content and social media, but we realized we didn’t belong there. Karont was never meant to be a 15-second loop. The reality of independent design in Spain is harsh: local production, rising costs, and a niche market made the business model unsustainable. We refused to compromise our quality or raise prices beyond our community's reach. As our founder’s vision shifted toward new paths, we chose the hardest but most honest route: to stop. But Karont was never built alone; it was shaped by every person who participated actively or passively, directly or indirectly in this project. We may not be able to list every single name and face, but you know who you are. This journey belongs to all of you, and you will forever be part of it. The Karont universe now rests. It wasn’t the ending we wanted, but the one we needed to stay true to ourselves. If we ever return, it won’t be through textiles. Our cycle here is complete." July 2025

The Last Ritual: The Cupra Garage Runway. We went all in. Our final stand took place in the heart of Madrid, at the Cupra Garage, where we unveiled our most complex and complete collection to date. It was a monumental effort: a fusion of high-end tailoring, esoteric lore, and cutting edge VR visuals. But the atmosphere was as heavy as the shadows we were living in. The air was thick, the vision was uncompromising, and the audience struggled to grasp the depth of our descent. We didn't know it then, but it was our funeral—a magnificent, dark goodbye. Not every story has a happy ending, but every legacy deserves a grand finale. Forever grateful to Angel, Didac, and Itziar for standing in the dark with us until the very last light went out. Outcåst: The Internal Winter. This time was a period of profound learning and deep shadows. We drifted away from our familiar aesthetic, finding ourselves at odds with the digital world. Posting became a burden; the social media cycle felt hollow and created a growing friction with our creative souls. Today, we look back at the archive of that final era and see the disconnect we felt. The full depth of that development remains locked away a silent testimony to a collection that prioritized our evolution over its own visibility. One day, the rest of the story might be told. Outcåst: The Frozen Reset. We broke the silence with a shift in frequency. To avoid the shadows of the past, we re-engaged through a new aesthetic: cold, desolate, and unapologetic. Moving away from our origins, we introduced this comcept through a landscape of snow and Nordic echoes. This wasn't just a teaser for a new collection; it was a manifesto of our new state of mind. We were no longer seeking a seat at the table; we were embracing the wilderness. Karont was back, and it was colder than ever. December 2023

The Final Gamble: All In. The reality check in Madrid was brutal, but it didn't break us it triggered our last stand. We decided to push the fourth collection to its absolute limit: a definitive 'All In'. We poured every remaining ounce of energy into developing each piece, elevating fabrics, and mastering complex new techniques. It was a pact with ourselves: if this didn't resonate, we would say goodbye at the summit of our craft. We weren't just making clothes anymore; we were forging our legacy, one stitch at a time. Sacrae Ornamentum: The Silent Pop-Up. We traveled to Madrid to present our jewelry after a year in the shadows. Physically, the altar was perfect; commercially, it was a ghost town. This failure was a mirror we didn't want to look into. We realized that our long absence had a price, and for the first time, we couldn't ignore the decline. The silver was cold, and the community was gone. A beautiful presentation that marked the beginning of the end. December 2023

Sacrae ornamentum: The Alchemical Artifacts. The long-awaited transition into permanence. We took our most iconic symbols refined through years of esoteric exploration and forged them into 'Sacrae Ornamentum'. These weren't mere accessories; they were intended as magical charms, physical anchors of the Karont philosophy in Sterling Silver. Our community had demanded a way to carry our sigils forever, and we responded with artifacts designed to outlast us. The still-life compositions we created for their presentation weren't just product photography; they were the final altar of a brand that had mastered the art of turning its soul into solid matter. Eternål Night: Faith in the Dark. This project was a miracle of collective willpower. Operating on a ghost budget, it was brought to life by the unwavering support of friends and collaborators who believed in the vision when the accounts were empty. 'Eternål Night' explored a universal human threshold: that period of profound darkness where the end is invisible, and the only choice is to keep moving forward into the unknown. In our lore, the narrative followed the protagonist of the Shadows game still lost in the abyss, wandering the netherworld in a desperate, beautiful search for a light that hadn't yet appeared. Eternål Night: The Rejection of Simplicity. What was meant to be a quick, tactical release for 'Shadows' soon succumbed to our inherent nature: we don't know how to take the easy way out. The concept mutated into 'Eternål Night', a multidisciplinary project designed to bridge the gap between worlds. Starring our close friends Alvaro and Alejandro, this wasn't just a drop it was a sensory fusion. We synchronized garment design with a dedicated track and a visual piece, ensuring that the second coming of 'Shadows' had its own heartbeat. Even when we tried to simplify, the night demanded more. Shadows II: The Survival Instinct. Creativity requires freedom, but freedom requires resources. Facing a long period of silence while developing our fourth collection, we hit a financial crossroads. To reactivate our economy, we returned to the 'Shadows' universe for a second, more agile drop. Even under pressure, our aesthetic remained uncompromising: we drew from the cult-rituals of Midsommar, the eerie tension of Devil in Ohio, and the biomechanical angst of Evangelion. It was a necessary tactical move a bridge designed to keep the project breathing while the heavy machinery of our main line continued to churn in the dark. September 2023

Transmutation: The Structural Rebrand. In our darkest hour, we found the strength to destroy and rebuild. This wasn't just a new collection; it was a total rebranding of the Karont DNA. We pushed ourselves out of our comfort zone, experimenting with new logos, avant-garde silhouettes, and technical fabrics. The pillar of this evolution was the pattern-making a meticulous obsession with construction and form. We took the shadows we were living through and tailored them into garments, proving that true risk lies in the ability to evolve when the world expects you to fade. August 2023

The Great Work: Genesis of the Fourth Collection. Silence isn't absence; it's preparation. Knowing we had set the bar high with our previous chapters, we began the long, complex, and costly process of developing our most ambitious collection yet. Despite the intentional shift away from the spotlight, our vision remained sharper than ever. These early prototypes and sketches are the first blueprints of that evolution a significant leap in construction, silhouette, and detail. We weren't just designing clothes; we were architecting the next era of Karont, where every seam had to justify the wait. July 2023
