Neil Höhener is a Swiss-Mexican choreographer and dancer based in Zurich.❤️🔥⚡️
Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Dance from the Zurich University of the Arts in 2019, Neil has since collaborated with artists and companies including Club Guy & Roni, Tabea Martin, and Martin Zimmermann.
As an intersectional and boundary-shifting artist, Neil explores how bodies can transform, resist, and transcend fixed ideas of gender, identity, and authenticity. The work generates hybrid, colliding worlds where fluidity becomes a radical act — yet always remains open to rupture, instinct, and the unexpected.
Neil’s work has been presented at venues and festivals such as Théâtre Nuithonie–Equilibre (CH), ROXY Birsfelden (CH), Théâtre du Jura (CH), Tanzhaus Zürich (CH), Quinzena de Dança de Almada (PT), DanzaTTack Festival Tenerife (ES), and Solo Dance Festival Ankara (TR).
In 2023/2024, Neil was an Associated Artist with TanzPlan Ost, where the full-length solo AN ACT was created. In 2025, the work continued touring to Theater am Gleis, Winterthur (CH), ACT Festival Bilbao (ES), the Festival Internacional de Danza Contemporánea in Mexico City (MX), Solo Contemporary Dance Ankara (TR), and E-Werk Freiburg (DE).
In 2026, Neil premieres the ensemble work THE IN BETWEEN — a piece examining the tension, charge, and vulnerability carried by objectified bodies in pop culture, searching for a more primal mode of presence, instinct, and collective embodiment. A co-production with Theater am Gleis Winterthur.

Nadika Mohn is a Swiss–Sri Lankan freelance dancer based in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Alongside developing her own choreographic work, she performs primarily with Rigolo Tanztheater and Neil Höhener.
She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Dance Research at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in London. Her academic research centers on the female body on stage, examining questions of subjectivity, agency, and objectification within performance practices.
Deeply engaged with the notion of in-betweenness — culturally, socially, and artistically — Nadika’s practice is shaped by her Swiss–Sri Lankan background and the experience of existing between contexts. This perspective informs both her choreographic work and her academic research, guiding her ongoing exploration of identity, authorship, and the representation of the female body on stage.

Her artistic practice is rooted in curiosity and physical exploration. She describes her work as a pursuit of the unknown:
