The @karmaburger menu was thoughtfully crafted to be fully vegan — built on natural ingredients and bold, vibrant flavours that reflect its mission to do good for both people and the planet.
Inspired by Founder @biancabridges ’s half-Asian heritage and upbringing, the menu brought together flavours that nodded to her Singapore roots, from the signature Mushroom Rendang Burger to the crowd-favourite Curry Salt Fries.
Every Karma Burger event has supported local charities, raising both funds and awareness for meaningful causes. We can’t wait to host more purpose-driven pop-ups in 2026.

The mighty Mushroom Rendang Burger.
It was @biancabridges ’s most in-demand dinner party dish that was not only wildly delicious, but everyone (including vegans and gluten-free diets) could seriously enjoy. She thought “How can I turn this into a burger?”
And the Mushroom Rendang Burger was born. It’s unlike anything you’ve ever tasted before. Topped with spring onions, cucumber, crispy onions, and laksa mayo. Served in a toasted oat milk bun.
Our mighty Kale Caesar. We’d like to claim that it’s the best in town, and it just happens to be vegan.
Our secret homemade Caesar dressing is made with silken tofu and miso, and topped with no-waste sourdough croutons, bacon-esque crispy onions, and shaved macadamia for that Parmesan effect.
We can’t wait to line up more creative events and collaborations this year, working with awesome people and raising money for great causes!
