I'm taking my show Big Dumb Smile to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this summer with @thefreefringe
Always been a dream of mine to perform an hour of comedy everyday in a karaoke booth in the back of a Chinese restaurant at 2.15 pm.
The Free Fringe is fully DIY and independent and unaffiliated with the official fringe, which means that my show won't be on the official fringe program. So if you know anyone going to Edinburgh this August, tell them to check out my show. Word of mouth would help a lot.
It'll be free entrance, and you could pay what you want at the end. Great for someone trying to maximize the amount of Fringe shows they see without breaking the bank.
I'll also be doing a bunch of spots around the festival so do say hi if you catch me around Edinburgh.

It's at Rock Café, and there will be a giant pentagram above the stage, because Rock is satanic music and Café is a satanic beverage, which is exactly why I chose this venue. With my satanic comedy, I will try to summon a very special guest for the evening. I can't share more details, but his name starts with an S and ends with Atan.

Some photos from the last time I was in Antwerp. Done standup so many times there that I now know not to eat the extremely spicy frog legs in Chinatown before going on stage. Besides that, the shows were always cool. One fond memory I have is from a set in Vertigo last May where a lady politely raised her hand ten minutes into my set to ask me if I was high. Which I wasn't, I had just accidentally rubbed my eyes after eating extremely spicy from legs in Chinatown and was still feeling the damage.
Still some tickets left for the Antwerp edition of Big Dumb Smile, this Sunday, May 10. Doors at 7.30, show starts at 8.00
