New York
We designed the interiors of our gallery with curved walls to add movement and help create visual points of interest such as an oversized 10ft / 3m tall archway which leads to our 12ft / 3.6m tall rotunda where an oversized arched doorway, with another one of our signature handcarved chestnut doorknobs, opens to reveal a natural jute covered sanctuary, our guest powder room.
We played with warm textures and colors complimented by the one-of-a-kind console sculpted from a single piece of Brazilian Jacaranda by American artist Charles Hagerman. The fully covered natural jute walls and ceiling in our powder room perfectly complement the travertine sink we designed, the unique chair upholstered in bespoke brown mohair fabric and bronze accent touches from the side table by French architect Stéphane Parmentier and little bird by French artist Victor Guedy.
For a touch of color, we chose this photography from our private art collection by American artist Alex Prager showing model Karlie Kloss wearing vintage Celine from a Vogue outtake.
