It was the year of photo shoots, consistent workouts, music (ALWAYS music), the birth of my first niece/goddaughter, amazing times with @wrightsince86 (miss you EVERY DAY 🥺🪽), watching my then new-ish boyfriend (now husband) fall in love with my sweet baby girl (RIP lil Nala-bear), grainy pictures on an old android of incredible nights with people who have become some of my closest friends, and LOTS of Packers games.

It’s been 2 years since you left us…
Grief is a really strange thing. 2 years have felt like an eternity but also like hardly any time at all. I still think about you every day. Your name still comes up in conversation every day. I hope you know just how important you were and still are in my life… how influential, how necessary you are. I hear your voice in my head any time I’m worried, concerned, or have an important decision to make… and I talk to you every time I have something incredible to share. I try not to be angry about the millions of moments we should have still shared together in this plane that were so suddenly taken away, but I still have some difficulty with that.
