#ELLEDigitalCoverStar: The thing about Karan Tacker (
@karantacker ) is that he has never been just one version of himself. For many, he lives rent-free in a particular corner of Indian television history: Sameer Saxena from ‘Love Ne Mila Di Jodi,’ his 2009 debut, which opened the door to ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ and gave the country Viren Singh Vadhera. He was that man — the one you rooted for, the one you watched through a softer lens — and he was very good at it. On a Zoom call, quietly edging towards forty, he has simply kept moving. Add to that a business he’s been building in the margins of it all. The romantic hero didn’t disappear; he just had more to say.
