June was a joy… 1 - Peony season in full bloom 🌸 2 - When your friends bravely tell their stories of deep valleys and wild victories… 😭😮‍💨🥰 I took one photo at the Fearless conference because the rest of the time we were on our faces! Safe to say, we’ll never be the same again.🥹 @donnamhowells you are a gift straight from God to me 💜 and my brave sisters, you know how much I love you xx 3&4 - Post conference spoils 🥳 5 - Wisdom words… “You can’t rush wisdom… when you slow down, you don’t fall behind… You fall into alignment” 🕊️ 6&7 - All the world’s a stage—even the local car wash 🧼😂 8 - Timely promises 🩷🔥 9 - My little chef cooked all by herself 👩🏻‍🍳 10 - Sponsored walk. The Big Toddle, safari themed. Presenting my little lion 🦁 11 - When you spend the evening talking as a family about what God is doing there is usually laughter, often tears and always ice cream 🍨 12 - These boys… I love their bond 💙🩵 13&14 - Summer nights with my Ruth before the holiday rush 🥂 15 - Car therapy 🅿️ 16 - Wherever I am, that’s where you’ll find him. I can’t for his little hand on mine 🥹 17, 18 & 19 - Our crazy family 🤪 Between the moments pictured here, there have been highs, lows, breathless moments, anxious afternoons, lots of prayer, SOS calls to trusted people, mundane moments of folding laundry or doing chores… all of it glorious in its way. Even though it’s not always easy, I see Him weaving the details of my life together in ways I could never have imagined. It’s not about my picture or anyone else’s expectations, but about following Him where He leads. So, whether today is a highlight moment or seemingly a mundane one, I trust that glory will be revealed to you in it. Love you, friends xx

Celebrating their 5th birthday and all that God has done! 🕊️🔥 8&9- When your childhood sister friend marries the love of her life... CORE MEMORY UNLOCKED Back in April, on Resurrection Sunday, we, along with our family and friends, witnessed one of the most beautiful moments of our lives — our eldest son chose to be baptised and publicly commit his life to Jesus. As his mum, I can’t quite put into words what it felt like to see him go under the water and rise again in new life with Christ (Romans 6:4). It was moving, deeply holy, and full of the presence of God ❤️‍🔥 We’ve prayed over him since he was in my womb, asking the Lord to shape his heart and lead his steps. That day felt like a sacred answer to years of prayer. Listening to @cbnoth , @markie_w13 and @alex_afriyie speak blessing and life over him brought me to tears. Thank you Lord not just for teachers, but for Fathers 💪🏽 🔥 🕊️ We’re so proud of him — not just for the decision he made, but for the man he is becoming. Jesus, thank You for calling him, for holding him, and for leading him forward in faith. All the glory belongs to You. 🤍 Benji gave me permission to post and he chose this song, his favourite and “because that was the best day Mum”. My heart 🥹❤️ #Baptism #NewLifeInChrist #ProudMum #FaithfulGod #GratefulHeart

TRANSITION A few months ago, we said goodbye to a place that has been home for over a decade — and for me, nearly a lifetime. Leaving our church family at LNC after 10+ deeply formative years (34 for me!) was one of the most emotional and sacred transitions we’ve walked through. When we returned to the UK from a beautiful season in South Africa (our heart nation), we came back with one child in our arms and one on the way. We’re now a family of five — having climbed mountains, walked through valleys, and, in every way we knew how, poured ourselves out for the King and His Kingdom. We gave these years our all, and we trust that every seed sown will bear fruit that is good, nourishing, and Kingdom-advancing. Our final Sunday was tender and powerful — filled with tears, laughter, prophetic words and the kindest, most thoughtful gifts. One of the most unforgettable moments was when 93-year-old Welsh revivalist Rev Roland Bevan said he felt the Lord had brought him there that very morning… for us. Only God. Through all that happened across the morning the Lord made sure we walked out affirmed, deeply blessed, and sent with His covering into all that lies ahead. Serving alongside Pastors @alex_afriyie and @dorcas__afriyie and the LNC leadership has been a privilege. We are who we are today, in part, because of their love, faith, and steady guidance. No matter where God leads us next, @london_network_church will always be family, and it will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Transition is never easy… but we walk into the new with peace, gratitude, and expectation knowing He is faithful. 🤍 #ThankYouJesus #ChurchFamily #FaithfulGod #EndOfAChapter #BeginningOfAnother #KingdomJourney

2nd Quarter Highlights 🥰✌🏽 Mighty March 1) Felt cute 2) When your pro make up artist bestie pulls up for your daughter’s first dance show 🥹 this was her first time wearing make up and Aunty Bex understood the assignment 👌🏽 3) Our greatest showgirl! 😍😭😍 4) After show fun! 5) A rare afternoon nap with my “baby”. Anyone worked out how to pause time yet??? 6) I looooooove collaborating with my sister friends… this chat spanned everything from our brunch order to world changing initiatives—this are my favourite kind! 7) Dinner service inspo—because we love a beautiful aesthetic. 8) Healthy Life Balance I like to underpin the term balance with the word “equilibrium” as it implies a dynamic state of stability amidst varying forces 🤌🏽 That is what I am describing when thinking about a healthy life balance. “Harmony” might also apply, especially when you find a way for different elements (priorities, responsibilities, tasks) to work together smoothly, even if they are not equal. 9) Brunch and Ruthie = perfect date. Here’s to friends who like shared orders so you get the best of everything. 10) She’s the coffee to my iced matcha 🍵 11) Unwinding — a whole mood 12) If you’re looking for me, this is where I’ll be 😘 🩷

🚨Warning: When you stop people-pleasing, people will get upset. But do it anyway.
Saying “no” isn’t easy when you’re used to prioritising everyone else’s happiness over your own. But here’s the truth—if your boundaries upset someone, it’s because they benefited from you not having any. The short-term discomfort of their disappointment is nothing compared to the long-term peace and joy you’ll gain by setting, maintaining an and honouring healthy boundaries. ✨
Have you struggled with breaking free from people-pleasing? This is your reminder to not waste another day because NOTHING compares to your future peace and the freedom on the other side of your bravery 💪🏽🙌🏽 Happy Monday friends! It’s the first Monday in March, last month of Q1, let’s get to it! 🩷 #PeoplePleasing #SetBoundaries #ProtectYourPeace

Self care in all its forms 🕊️☕️🤎 When I think about self-care the words that come to mind are: stewardship, rest, renewal, peace and well-being. Acknowledging the need for it requires humility. Practicing it involves discipline. Scheduling it guarantees consistency. Biblical self-care is not about being self-centred but about being responsible stewards of the lives God has entrusted to us. It’s about taking care of our bodies, minds, and spirits so that we can live fully and serve others effectively. Self-care is not a selfish act; it is an investment in longevity and a partnering with the unforced rhythms of grace available to us. In case like me, you sometimes need a nudge from a friend, take this as yours! Take time to care for yourself, knowing that in doing so, you are honouring what God has entrusted to you. 🌿 You’re worth it, and your well-being matters. Sending love, K xx

Over the New Year, I asked myself this question: What are you consuming right now? 😮‍💨 As I evaluated the previous year, there were things I was happy with and things I wasn’t so happy with. So, when assessing where and how change is needed, I don’t just look at the outcome, I also look at the inflow. Someone once said, ‘If you don’t like the fruit, you better check the root!’ The lesson being: what goes in, is what comes out. My commitment? If it’s not leading to life, then it’s not coming in. This is a value that steers what I watch, what voices I allow close to me, and what I spend my time on. Can I encourage you to be intentional about what you consume – whether it’s food, media, external voices, influences, surroundings, or ruminating thoughts – for, left unchecked, these things will inevitably shape you. Choose wisely. Be intentional. Nourish your spirit, mind, and body, and wisely discern what fills your life. You can start today by making one positive change. What will you choose to consume? I’m cheering for you today Love K xx #mondaymotivations #simpleauthenticgrace

My personal INS & OUTS for 2025 ✨🤎🕊️ I love reading what people are embracing and/or leaving behind. What are some of yours??? I’d love to hear them! Then the LORD answered me and said, “Write down the vision And inscribe it clearly on tablets, So that one who reads it may run - Habakkuk 2:2 This is written down in multiple places so I can see it, remember it and run with it. If it’s not written down, it’s just a nice idea. If you need a coach who can help you along the way, drop me a DM! 🫶🏽 Happy new year friends, I love having you on the journey. Always, K xx #simpleauthenticgrace #simpleauthenticliving #2025insandouts
