This is my 3rd sourdough trial.
The first tasted Great and was full with whole wheat flour.
The 2nd was a Total Fail and ended up in the trash, unfortunately. All 2 1/2 lbs of it, LOL. 'Channeling the granite stone used in Curling.....'
This 3rd boule is from this morning. A little over-browned on top but----- the TASTE! 100%. I traded in most of the whole wheat flour for organic, unbleached bread flour. Thanks Maureen Pelletier
I heard this was a long process but, Oh My, it's become an(other) obsession for me 🥹
I am NOT a baker but was determined to learn how to make Sourdough Bread..... This has been a 2 week project.
From obtaining a starter to learning how to feed it and watching a load of videos. Plus, getting SOS Help from my sister and other friends.
Will be slicing into it tonight--- Wish me Luck.🤣
