Throwback to 2011. This is me at my very first job with my first boss and TL, and my first teammates who all still hold a special place in my heart. Has it really been 15 years? Where did time go? Neneng nene pako here huhu. I miss you TL @myshellgurl na hindi na nagoonline haha!
This was me last year and pretty much sums up how I ended the year 2024. In the video and photo, I seem calm, grounded, happy. But for the entire year? Dami nangyari. 🤣
- Mga work problems na parang di natatapos (one battle after another lol)
- Suffered through extreme burnout (dahil nga ang daming nangyayari sakin) which made me lose weight drastically and gave me bad eating habits
- Struggled with financial problems for the family, which was the reason why I had to leave a job that I loved dearly (I got a very hefty retirement + separation pay upon resignation), because it seemed to be the only solution
- Found a new job which made me a zombie due to the unrealistic shifting of work hours (24/7 campaign), but paid really really well
- Ended a super long term rel of 12 years (i still don’t talk about this until now)
And don’t get me wrong. 2025 is also quite a character and competitive din kay 2024. 🤣👀🤙
Came across these 2 under very peculiar circumstances. Well, kilala ko na sila before, pero saktong pansinan lang during classes. However, for some strange reason, they were there for me when nobody else was. They heard me when I was quiet. They saw me at my darkest state. And yet, they stuck around.
Thanks to you 2! I found the courage to be back on my feet again kasi alam ko na I have you both by my side. For me, that’s all that matters. To more life adventures! Happy Holidaze! 🥂🥰🫶
