@kaosbeat artistic practice is deeply rooted in hacker culture, where technology is liberated from its intended use to explore new applications. This approach involves disrupting the status quo and challenging the artificial limits imposed by business or political actors. His work, often categorized as hacktivism, questions societal adoption and use of new technologies. Recently, the ubiquity of artificial intelligence (AI) has influenced his artistic process, transforming AI from a mere tool into an inspiration and collaborator in his creative endeavors. Kasper's work reflects the dawn of post-human creativity, pushing technological boundaries while maintaining a profound connection with the human spirit and questioning societal norms. **** Kaspers artistieke werk is ontstaan uit de hacker-cultuur, waar technologie bevrijd wordt van haar beperkingen om nieuwe toepassingen mogelijk te maken. Die limieten zijn vaak artificieel en bepaald door politiek of industrie. Zijn werk, dat vaak onder de noemer hacktivism valt, stelt deze grenzen en de maatschappelijke impact in vraag. Recent is de alomtegenwoordigheid van kunstmatige intelligentie (AI) iets wat zijn artistiek proces beïnvloedt, waarbij AI niet langer alleen maar een instrument is, maar ook een inspiratiebron en medewerker. Kaspers praktijk wil de technologische grenzen verleggen en tegelijk blijven op zoek gaan naar wat ons mens maakt en zo in vraag stellen wat technologie met ons als mensen doet.

I'm doing a live collaborative drawing project at @katapultt_kunst_en_meer June 6th 7th 8th. I'm building a robot to give me a hand and we (the robot and me) will be collaborating with @conrad.willems in a live performance. I will also be showing the "AI give me a hand" series More info soon!
