3 years deep and we are only just getting started. Today is a massive thank you to every single raver who has backed this journey from day one and to every member of our crew and staff who make Forward Motion what it is. You have genuinely given us the platform to do what we love, and we never take that for granted. So if you are with us for the 3rd birthday, bring that love, bring that smile, and let us celebrate it properly. Forward Motion family, this is just the beginning.

Next weekend, we make dance music festival history. The UK’s first over 25s house music festival lands in Leyton Jubilee Park on Saturday 23rd May, and we are now just days away from selling out. We are honoured to welcome the incredible @housegospelchoir to the main stage, performing live with some of the most iconic house tracks from the last 30 years. The forecast is looking beautiful, 25 to 26 degrees ☀️ , the lineup is huge, and so many of our Forward Motion family will be there celebrating life, house music and community together. We are down to the final 500 tickets online. Tag your crew below if you’re coming for House Gospel Choir, and we’ll pick 1 lucky group to win tickets to the after party 🥳

All tickets will sell out by the middle of next week, if not earlier. 🔥 Bank Holiday weekend in London and it’s looking like we’re getting 24 to 25 degrees of sunshine. ☀️ Just announced @housegospelchoir headline the main stage to 10,000 of you 🪩 We start building the festival site this weekend, so we’ll be bringing you live updates all weekend long. We’ll be showing you around the full site, the stages, the entrances, the exits, and everything we’ve been working so hard on behind the scenes. This is a beautiful festival site and we’ve put a lot of love, energy, and hard work into creating something special for the House music community. London, you are blessed to be getting the first ever over 25s House music festival next Saturday, featuring an incredible lineup of Soulful House, Deep House, and UK Garage artists. Never doubt yourself. And most importantly, never let people who gave up on their own dreams convince you to give up on yours. 44 years on this earth and I’ve lived a life most people couldn’t even imagine. I’ve travelled the world, served in the military, served time in prison, lived in Ibiza for 10 years, Sold out super clubs and festivals all over Europe, owned boats in ibiza ,restaurants, worked over 20 jobs in my 20s trying to find my place, struggled to hold down them jobs, rebuilt my life twice after being financially destroyed, and somehow kept getting back up every single time. I WENT BROKE AT 42 DUE TO A BAD BUSINESS DECISION. I’ve built a large school and orphanage in Uganda been in special needs education as a young teenager, and dedicated years of my life to helping others while still trying to figure myself out. Life hasn’t been a straight line for me.Far from it. I’ve been doubted, laughed at, betrayed, underestimated and counted out more times than I can remember. But I’m still here, And that’s the point. Not everybody is going to support you. Some people will mock your ideas. Some will secretly enjoy watching you fail. But while that’s happening, there are also people watching you quietly, inspired by your resilience, your courage and your refusal to quit. People don’t realise that sometimes the “black sheep” of the family or the person who never fit into normal jobs is actually the one built to create something different. All I’ve got left to do now with my team is take Forward Motion to Ibiza and into a superclub and after that, I honestly feel like I’ve got nothing left to prove to myself. I want people who are struggling right now to hear this clearly You do not need to have it all figured out. You do not need to fit into society’s box. You do not need to be perfect at business. You do not need everyone to believe in you. You can be dyslexic. You can be autistic. You can be battling addiction You can be living at your parents in your 40s You can feel misunderstood your whole life. You can fail over and over again. And you can still build something incredible. Never stop believing in what’s possible for your life.

My grandad is 95 years old. He’s spent his entire life in gardens ,growing vegetables, tending land, working on farms, gardening for other people. He loves insects, butterflies, birds, soil… anything connected to nature. His house backs onto active farmland, and he’s watched the countryside change across nearly a century. Today he sat in his garden, peacefully telling wartime stories and talking about life. When someone who has spent 95 years outdoors says that, it means something. Since my nan passed away last month, this is the first time in years I’ve really seen him enjoy his garden again. For the last six years he barely left the house because he was caring for my nan every single day, doing everything he could to keep her alive. Now he finally sits outside in the fresh air, looking over the fields he loves, sharing stories and memories from another world. That generation really were a different breed. Quietly resilient, loyal, hardworking, and deeply connected to the real world around them. I’m just grateful to still be able to sit and listen.

I’d personally like to invite four young adults male or female with complex needs, autism, or sensory sensitivities to join us at our dance music festival in London on May 23rd for a very special experience absolutely free of charge. Before the festival gets busy, you’ll be welcomed for a guided tour of the site by me , the chance to meet some of the DJs, and even enjoy a little dance on stage in a calm and relaxed environment. We’ll provide separate entrances and exits away from the larger crowds, along with quiet spaces where you can take time out and relax whenever needed. I know how important it is for young people on the spectrum to experience live music and festivals, and too often those opportunities can feel inaccessible. I’d love to help create a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for a small group who could really benefit from it. If you have someone in your family, friendship group, or organisation who you feel would enjoy and benefit from this opportunity, please get in touch. We can welcome four young adults, along with their carers or family members. Myself and one of my colleagues will personally look after you for the first couple of hours, and you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the festival for as long as feels comfortable.

Most businesses are posting on social media with no strategy. They post because they feel like they “should.” But here’s the truth: Organic content is NOT free. Even if you’re not paying for ads, you’re still paying with: • Time • Energy • Attention • Opportunity cost So if your content isn’t bringing something back into the business… you’re losing money. Every post should do at least ONE of these: → Build attention → Build trust → Generate leads → Create sales → Strengthen your brand → Move people into your ecosystem Otherwise you’re just feeding the algorithm for free. The way we look at social media is simple: Content = Traffic Offers = Monetisation Systems = Scalability That’s why we don’t post just to stay active. We post to move people into a business system. Views mean nothing if they don’t turn into: • Conversations • Enquiries • Customers • Repeat buyers Virality without conversion is just noise. The goal isn’t to become an influencer. The goal is to build a machine where attention turns into revenue consistently. Over the last 90 days, we’ve been working with a franchise in the aesthetics industry using this exact model. In 90 days, the system generated over £274,000. Not from posting random content. From building a strategy that turns attention into revenue. If this is something you’re struggling with, drop us a message at @real_dealmarketing Me and my team can show you the simple systems we use to turn social media into an ROI machine. I’ve launched, scaled, exited, and sold multiple successful businesses over the years and our methods are proven, tried, and tested. DM me “SYSTEM” and let’s see how we can help your business grow.

I don’t post a lot about Freddie, but I wanted to share the side of our life that many people don’t see. As Freddie has reached his early teenage years, his hormones, behaviour and routines have changed, which has made travelling almost impossible over the last few months. We’ve had many meltdowns in airports and on planes, and he often doesn’t want to leave the house unless it’s to go to his grandparents This weekend in Ibiza was by far the worst travelling experience we’ve had. The @ryanair flight was traumatic not just for an autistic child, but for many people on what was a very chaotic flight with groups absolutely smashed out their heads when they got on, disgusting language , fighting mid air and shit docking stations banging out music whilst the cabin crew carried on serving booze even though I told them my son was about to have a seizure due to the chaos. The return journey from Ibiza was also incredibly difficult, in an airport that didn’t feel autism-friendly, where sensory needs didn’t seem well understood. Stansted airport is just a shit hole that is way to small for the amount of passengers, literally no where to sit as a family, having to step over people and walk 100 miles to gates. Up until January, Freddie would usually play on his device on a plane, but something has changed. Now none of us are allowed on devices, and Sophie has to sing for two hours non-stop to help him cope. There have been lots of seizures and meltdowns, and it’s getting harder for us as parents. Although we knew this stage might come, nothing can truly prepare you for it, especially with Freddie being non-verbal. We aren’t sharing this for sympathy we know we have it good as a family. We’re sharing it to bring a bit more understanding and awareness around severely autistic children and what daily life can really look like. We remain happy and positive, but every day is a challenge. So please, if you ever see an SEN family struggling, don’t judge. If you see a child stimming in an airport or being loud, please don’t laugh, stare or complain. It’s already really hard to manage, and autistic kids and their families deserve kindness, patience and understanding.
